Job description

About Us

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is the largest school board in Eastern Ontario and offers students and parents a world of choice for learning. Our nearly 150 schools offer a wide range of programs to promote learning excellence and meet the individual needs of students, parents, and the community at large. Our schools are teaching communities where principals, vice-principals, teachers, and support staff nurture student well-being and challenge students to achieve their best.

We are seeking creative, dynamic, and committed teachers to join our team at Broadview Public School.

Broadview is one of the larger schools in the OCDSB. Broadview currently has approximately 950 students in grades K-Grade 8, in both the English and French Immersion programs. Ideal candidates will support the fulfillment of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board’s (OCDSB) Strategic Plan to enhance the quality of education in the school and the District, by creating a positive and inclusive school climate, learning and workplace environment. Candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and respectfully, with a human rights and equity perspective, to foster student success, achievement, and well-being.
