Job summary

The Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) is seeking a full-time Practice Advisor to support physicians in adopting and optimizing EMR and related digital health solutions. The role focuses on relationship management, training, coaching, and executing project plans to improve the EMR experience for practitioners.

This 18-month term position is on-site in Saskatoon with a voluntary hybrid option and requires travel within the province.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in healthcare, information management, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in change and/or project management in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMR adoption and optimization support to physicians.
• Deliver training and coaching to promote effective use of digital health solutions.
• Develop and execute project plans aimed at improving the EMR practice experience.
