Act as the primary support for participants from referral to employment retention and case closure. Serve as a mentor, liaison, and troubleshooter, managing cases daily and collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless employment transitions.

What You’ll Do

Act as the primary support for participants from referral to employment retention and case closure. Serve as a mentor, liaison, and troubleshooter, managing cases daily and collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless employment transitions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing a caseload and maintaining contact at least biweekly.
  • Developing Career Plans with participants, outlining goals and action steps.
  • Identifying support needs (childcare, transportation, education) and referring to support partners.
  • Recommending job training and educational opportunities, including referrals to education teams.
  • Creating resumes, cover letters, and employment materials.
  • Escalating complaints and feedback appropriately.
  • Collaborating with team members on participants requiring additional assessments or support.
  • Adhering to customer service standards to ensure high-quality participant service.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Providing retention support for individuals employed for 12 months, including follow-ups and employment verification.
  • Adapting to operational changes to support service delivery.
  • Promoting Fedcap Canada positively and articulating its services and benefits.
  • Upholding agency policies, values, and expectations.
  • Acting with a non-judgmental attitude and demonstrating positive regard.
  • Modeling Fedcap Canada values in all interactions.
  • Delivering quality performance aligned with KPIs and targets.
You’re a Great Fit for This Role If You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
Compensation

$53,000 - $65,000 (CAD)
