A leading community organization in Dryden is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team at the Community Employment Resource Centre. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, facilitating job readiness training, and engaging in outreach to promote services. The ideal candidate will hold a 2-year diploma and have at least three years of related experience, specifically in human resources or a customer service environment. This full-time position requires on-site work, emphasizing a commitment to supporting local employment initiatives.
This position is responsible for customer service, reception, promotion, and registration and pre-assessment of clients, data entry, employment programs and coordinating administrative details for the NEW Community Employment Resource Centre in Dryden. This position is responsible for outreach activities as part of the marketing of the NEW services. In addition, this position has specific program support responsibilities, including providing program support and mentoring, as well as coordinating job readiness training for individuals seeking employment opportunities.
