A leading non-profit organization is seeking an Employment Resource Consultant to deliver high-quality employment services. You will conduct workshops on job search skills, support clients in their job search journey, and maintain an effective resource center. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a university degree and relevant experience in employment assistance.

Summary – The Position
Reporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for delivering high quality services in the Resource and Information Centre. Services include: delivery of job search workshops that address employability such as: resume development, interview skills, job search strategies as well as providing instruction on computer use and developing positions for Job Matching.
For this position the focus is pre-screening of clients’ eligibility and suitability through inbound and outbound calls.

Starting Salary: $ 59,359.79 with increase to $60,924.59 after 6 months

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm. Fridays: 9:00am - 4.00pm
