Our client, a leading federal agency, is seeking an Employment Equity Resource to support a new project related to federal job evaluation and pay equity compliance. This is a confirmed contract win and we are looking to move quickly to identify a qualified consultant. Must have Enhanced Security clearance in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support job evaluation plans and frameworks to ensure compliance with Federal Pay Equity legislation
Collaborate with pay equity committees and union members to facilitate job evaluation and classification discussions
Conduct advanced data analysis on compensation and job structure data
Create clear and concise reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience supporting federal pay equity compliance and job evaluation projects
Familiarity working with pay equity committees and/or union groups
Strong analytical skills, with a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, functions, and interconnected worksheets)
Experienced in analyzing large, complex data sets
Ability to develop polished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
Nice to Have:
Previous work within federal government job classification systems
Bilingual (English/French)
