A leading company in HR consulting is seeking an experienced consultant for a temporary project focused on developing Employment Equity and Duty to Accommodate plans. The role involves creating policies, conducting training, and managing committees over approximately 3-4 months, requiring strong interpersonal skills and bilingual proficiency.
The work location: Most of the time, work from own office, except for having meetings with clients in Ottawa.
This is a temporary project with an approximate length of 3-4 months.
Hourly rate: $40.00 to $90.00 CAD
