Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $X,XXX to $X,XXX per year, with additional quarterly bonuses, full benefits. Credit hours offered once per year to take a vacation.

Position Overview : Our rapidly expanding Employment Law Division is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Employment Law.

Key Qualifications :

• Extensive background in employment litigation and defense.
• Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in defending School Districts is required.
• Knowledge of class actions and the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
• Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
• Strong research, analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to proactive and efficient case management.
