Location : Remote Work with Occasional Office Visits

Work Locations :

  • Central California, Fresno
  • Inland Empire, Ontario

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $140,000 to $230,000 per year, with additional quarterly bonuses, full benefits. 90 Credit hours offered once per year calendar year to take a vacation

Position Overview : Our rapidly expanding Employment Law Division is looking for an attorney with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the field of Employment Law.

Key Qualifications :

  • Extensive background in employment litigation and defense.
  • Trial experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Experience in School District defense is required
  • Must be knowledgeable in class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) inclusive.
  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
  • Demonstrated ability in research, analysis, and negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to proactive and efficient case management.
