A municipal government in Peel Region seeks an Employee & Labour Relations Analyst to support collective bargaining. You will conduct research, manage documents, and coordinate meetings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant HR experience. Join our dynamic HR team as an Employee & Labour Relations Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting collective bargaining by providing analytical and administrative support to enable efficient negotiations between the City and the 10 Unions that represent City staff. The Employee & Labour Relations Analyst will participate at bargaining tables and will work closely with team members to co-ordinate the City’s bargaining calendar, manage appointments, adhere to deadlines, create documents, files, maintain notes and records, conduct research, analysis, prepare reports and collaborate with other City staff to gather and analyze important information to support negotiations. This is a high-impact role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in collective bargaining and building a Human Resources career with an Employee & Labour Relations focus.
