Job summary

Federation of Canadian Municipalities seeks an experienced Employee Experience Lead to coordinate ERP communications, training, and change support as Workday is implemented. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of new HR tools, policies, and processes in a hybrid Ottawa environment.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in P&C/HR, Workday experience, and strong facilitation skills, plus bilingual English/French.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years in P&C/HR, change management, training, communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using and supporting HRIS system rollouts like Workday implementations and post-go live and process changes.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is an asset.
  • Adult learning or instructional design certification is a plus.
  • Strong writing, facilitation, and coordination skills.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change activities for HR system/process rollouts (ERP, HRIS).
  • Collaborate with ERP project team to align P&C communications with project goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness surveys; track adoption metrics.
