Job description

At 4AG Robotics, we build robots that harvest mushrooms-and we're growing fast. Our team thrives at the intersection of agriculture and automation, combining hands-on grit with cutting-edge technology. If you're energized by solving real-world problems, owning your work, and using AI to do things better and faster, this is your kind of place.

The Opportunity

We're building a high-performance team and looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator who's ready to take the lead in making 4AG Robotics an extraordinary place to work. This isn't a role where you wait for direction but one where you spot opportunities, take action, and drive change. If something needs improving, we trust you to fix it.

You'll own the moments that matter delivering a world-class onboarding experience to designing initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and pride. You won't just support our team; you'll shape how people experience their first day, take on new challenges, and grow with us.

You'll bring clarity to a fast-moving environment, spark belonging through intentional moments, and help build a culture where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. We don't do red tape-just real impact. The initiative is welcomed, ideas are valued, and your voice will shape the way we work.

If you care deeply about people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and believe small details can lead to big change, this could be the most rewarding role of your career. You'll have the freedom to lead, the trust to make decisions, and the chance to help build something remarkable from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding logistics-from welcome kits to orientation scheduling
  • Help tell our story through clear, engaging internal comms
  • Keep Employee experience tools and org charts up-to-date and useful
  • Support team events, training initiatives, and culture programs
  • Jump in where needed to improve the employee journey

What Success Looks Like

  • Candidates and new hires feel excited, informed, and ready to go
  • Onboarding runs smoothly and evolves as we grow
  • Events and touchpoints feel genuine and well-executed
  • Tools, systems, and communication keep our fast-paced team aligned
  • You become a trusted go-to for help, info, and energy

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years in people-focused roles
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A proactive mindset spots gaps and fixes them
  • Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, and training
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Employee Experience tools (Rippling or similar)
  • A warm, people-first approach with attention to detail

Why This Role Matters
