Aramark in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an Employee Dining Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily cafeteria operations. You will assist guests with kiosks, mobile orders, and retail purchases in a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining coffee stations, processing transactions, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards. A flexible schedule including early mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Set up and maintain coffee stations.
• Complete setup and teardown for breakfast and lunch service.
• Prepare Hey Chef mobile orders for timely service.
• Develop product knowledge and process transactions.
• Stock, rotate, and present ready-to-eat items and retail products.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to management.
• Perform cleaning and custodial duties as needed.
• Follow Aramark safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Protect assets and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Support the team with additional responsibilities as required.

The Employee Dining Concierge delivers exceptional customer service while supporting daily cafeteria operations. This role assists guests with kiosks, mobile orders, and retail purchases, while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.

Please Note: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday open availability are core requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain outstanding customer service by greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and creating a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with the self-service kiosk and respond to questions, comments, and concerns during breakfast and lunch service.
• Set up and maintain coffee stations in accordance with brand standards.
• Complete set-up and tear-down for breakfast and lunch service in the cafeteria.
• Prepare and organize Hey Chef mobile lunch orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Develop a strong knowledge of products and merchandise to assist guests and accurately process transactions.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain the presentation of ready-to-eat (RTE) items and other retail products.
• Inspect equipment regularly, ensuring it is clean, operational, and any issues are promptly reported to management.
• Perform cleaning, and custodial duties as needed.
• Follow all Aramark safety, food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Protect company assets and contribute to a safe and secure work environment.
• Support the team with additional responsibilities as required to ensure operational success.

The pay range for this position is $17.95 - $18.00.
