Overview

We’re seeking a Product Owner for our Employee CRM product, responsible for delivering innovative solutions that enhance employee, manager, and Business Leader experiences within Human Capital Management (HCM). Our Employee CRM applies Customer Relationship Management principles to treat employees as valued customers, leveraging data insights, AI, and automation to improve engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.

Division Context

The Human Capital Management division provides advice and tools to attract, retain, reward, and develop a global workforce, supporting employee success. This Vice President level role reports to the Employee CRM Product Manager and involves developing HR technology solutions aligned with strategic goals. Collaboration with product teams, UX, and HR Technology groups is essential to design and implement impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Roadmap Development: Lead analysis to support feature design and prioritization, focusing on automation and AI.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather use cases, create user journey maps, and translate data requirements.
  3. Feature Design: Convert use cases into epics, requirements, and user stories emphasizing AI-driven analytics.
  4. Testing: Partner with QA and UAT teams to ensure readiness of new features.
  5. Go-to-Market Strategies: Manage product release schedules, documentation, and user guides.
  6. Production Monitoring: Track platform performance and support continuous improvements based on feedback.
Qualifications

  2. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years in product management, with proven success in HR tech products.

Location & Environment

Based in Montreal, Quebec, with a hybrid work model. Bilingual proficiency in French and English required.
