The Role
  • Nurture relationships with Timber clients by executing their benefits plans from start to finish, including quoting, onboarding, ongoing service, and renewals.
  • We do not expect business development or sales, but if you have those skills, we will support and compensate accordingly.
What You Bring
  • Alignment with Timber’s core values.
  • 5+ years of employee benefits experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience maintaining strong client relationships.
  • LLQP-licensed in Alberta.
  • Experience managing group retirement plans is an asset.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills.
