EMPLOYEE BENEFITS CONSULTANT
Acera is currently recruiting for a client-focused Employee Benefits Consultant to work with our Victoria employee benefits team. The Employee Benefits Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and expert recommendations to help clients optimize their benefits offerings and achieve their business objectives. This individual will collaborate closely with clients, insurance carriers and internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
JOB DETAILS :
Status : Full-Time, Permanent
Location : Victoria, BC
Pay Range : Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,000 - $75,000 CAD annually, with a possibility to earn commission; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, employee benefits experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
