The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, plan development, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure EMI control across DC and RF interfaces and shield integrity throughout the spacecraft.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMC/EMI analysis and testing at satellite level for commercial applications.
• Ability to interpret mission requirements, unit specs, and spacecraft layout for EMC/EMI assessment.
• Familiarity with RF and DC coupling effects on EMC/EMI performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform system-level EMC/EMI analyses with hands-on testing.
• Assist in writing and reviewing the EMC/EMI satellite test plan.
• Evaluate spacecraft cavity geometry, panel layout, and shielding for EMI control.
