Emergency Mitigation Crew Member

DESCRIPTION: This person is part of an emergency mitigation crew working to aid homeowners and businesses after floods, fires, and wind damage. You will be required to attend the site and mitigate the damage. Training is offered. No experience needed. If you are a hard worker and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Please specify if you have a Driver's License! Looking for workers who have a Class G Driver's License and are over 25 to drive the company vehicles.

Functions & Responsibilities

Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity. Work at the direction of the Lead Technician handling damaged building material and contents.

• Understand the issues around water and fire damage.
• Communicate with staff on site issues.
• Be a team player and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensure job site security and safety.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid G Driver's License and be over 25 years of age.
• IICRC Certifications in Water and Fire (preferable but not required).

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
