WVU Medicine is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, WV. Join a team managing approximately 40,000 visits per year in a supportive environment, with backing from the tertiary and academic WVU Health System. Practice community emergency medicine with a competitive private practice compensation linked to an academic department.
The Department of Emergency Medicine employs over 100 full-time staff across diverse sites, offering additional career opportunities for physicians seeking varied clinical experiences within an academic setting affiliated with WVU's School of Medicine.
Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree, with foreign equivalents accepted. Candidates should be able to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license, have completed an accredited residency, and be board-certified or board-eligible by a recognized ABMS board.
