The Emergency Medical Responder provides care to patients as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team and is dedicated to compassionate, high-quality health care services. The role is responsible for accessible, responsive, and integrated patient care at all times. It involves collaboration with health care providers, allied emergency service agencies, and other community agencies, and safe operation of vehicles and equipment as per Manitoba Provincial Regulations, Acts, and Shared Health policy. The incumbent will conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and align with Shared Health mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, and policies.
