Qualifications

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or recognized equivalent.
• Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA).
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.

Responsibilities

• The LPN collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Apply nursing knowledge, clinical judgement, and communication to support safe care and positive outcomes.
• Orient, coach, mentor staff, students, and learners to promote practice excellence.
