Responsibilities :

Follow up on warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the company.

Present and promote our products / services to potential clients via phone, email, or video call.

Guide prospects through the sales process and close the sale confidently and professionally.

Provide accurate, personalized insurance quotes quickly using company-provided tools and systems.

Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.

Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements :

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a performance-based or inside sales role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM platforms and virtual communication tools.

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup.
