Client Services Representative – Animal Emergency Clinic of Fraser Valley

AECFV is a leading AAHA accredited veterinary facility providing emergency and critical care to over 100 general practitioners in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since 1996. Located in beautiful British Columbia, our 8,000 sqft hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art tools, including one of Canada's largest blood banks. We operate 24/7 with a team of over 100 dedicated professionals, committed to high standards of emergency and critical care medicine.

About You:

  • Experience in customer service or veterinary setting is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to stay calm in fast-paced, stressful situations.
  • Attention to detail and task prioritization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with tact and diplomacy.
  • Compassionate attitude towards pets and owners.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Minimum 64 hours per pay period with rotations for work-life balance.
  • Includes one weekend shift per week and some holidays. Part-time options may be available.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Wage: $19.50-23/hr based on experience.
  • Shift premiums for evenings and overnights.
  • Relocation assistance for full-time candidates.
