RN Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
Licensed Care Partner - Registered Nurse (RN) will participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within the objectives, policies, and procedures of the nursing department, and within the legal scope of practice in North Carolina. Responsible for medication management and treatments for residents.
- Manage, care for, and oversee assigned neighborhood; participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating each resident’s plan of care.
- Administer and document medications, treatments, therapies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and policies.
- Communicate effectively during shift reports, process physician orders, and document resident concerns, changes, and needs. Engage with residents and families to provide reassurance and education.
- Supervise Certified Care Partners; ensure care meets community standards and policies.

Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
