Job summary

Mainspring Energy in Canada is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of embedded software engineers delivering a commercial product. You will oversee the full SDLC, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product, executives, and QA, provide architectural guidance, and help hire and grow the team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years embedded software development experience, real-time a plus, with project deliveries for a commercial product.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to bridge tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
