Job summary

A technology manufacturing firm in Toronto is looking for an Entry Level Quality Assurance Tester. The ideal candidate will work with the RD team to create test plans, execute tests, and document results. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with some hands-on experience in Software QA. Familiarity with Agile methodology and communication protocols is a plus. Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience in Embedded software QA or development environment.
• Experience following Agile development methodology.
• Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, DNP3, MQTT, IEC61850 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with RD team to create test plans and document test results.
• Set up and maintain different test environments.
• Execute regression tests and manual tests.
