CoVet is an AI copilot application built to assist veterinary professionals by saving them time and allowing them to focus more on animal care—or even get home on time. We are a small, passionate, and agile team with a strong mission to improve the veterinary industry through innovative technology.

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Email Lifecycle Manager to lead global lifecycle strategy — from onboarding to retention and win-back. You’ll create segmented, high-converting email and CRM flows using data-driven triggers, robust automations, and scalable messaging.

With 7+ years of experience in email/CRM, you’ll manage complex lifecycle journeys across HubSpot, MailChimp, and Zapier, and work cross-functionally to ensure every customer touchpoint is intentional, timely, and effective.

What you'll do

  • Draft copy or collaborate with content team to align on voice, timing, and segmentation
  • Localize lifecycle content for multilingual audiences with team support
  • Coordinate with product and support to ensure accurate, helpful messaging across all lifecycle stages
  • Segmentation, Reporting & Technical Setup
  • Manage audience segmentation based on behavioral, demographic, and CRM data
  • Define and report on KPIs: Demos, Open Rate, CTR, Referrals, Reviews
  • Maintain data health across tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, GA4, Looker Studio, Zapier, Tag Manager
  • Build triggered flows that correspond to funnel stage, churn risk, and activity level
  • Partner with acquisition and community teams to align lifecycle with: Campaigns, Events, Trials and new feature releases
  • Drive customer advocacy and retention strategies through smart automation and messaging
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, timing, segmentation logic

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years managing email or CRM programs for B2B organizations
  • Deep knowledge of lifecycle architecture, messaging strategy, and CRM segmentation
  • Expert in tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, Zapier
  • Strong grasp of GA4, data visualization, and automation logic
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, test, and report

Preferred

  • Experience with account-based marketing or product-led growth models
