Elowyn & Little Owl Academy – Early Childhood Educator- Leadership

We are in search of an experienced licensed Early Childhood Educator for a leadership role in Kelowna, BC. This educator should possess familiarity with the BCELF, the Reggio Emilia approach, and the Curiosity approach. The educator must have a strong ability to lead others within an environment that values relationships, respect, and reciprocity. A leader in our organization leads within a collaborative approach that values communication.

Qualifications:
- ECE/IT/SN
- 5+ years of experience
- Child Safe first aid
- Clear criminal record check
- Class 5 driver's license
