1. Ability to effectively collaborate with other interfacing teams and business partners to maintain and improve incident management processes and track incident metrics
2. Other departments identify you as a Subject Matter Expert on features of the application and the QA process
3. Optimum end product quality and high frequency production roll-outs
4. Creating and maintaining test automation frameworks across multiple projects
5. Research related to Change Requests and regression testing of multiple applications
6. This analyst works closely with project managers, business users, and the software development team
7. Candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Master Test Plan and Test Strategy documents
8. Candidate will provide support and hands-on execution for testing of new business applications
9. Candidate will gather requirements, change requests, and support documentation for creating a testing baseline
10. Builds strong knowledge of application software under test
