Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within mining/high‑value equipment operations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations with safety, financial and customer outcomes.
• Strong knowledge across service, parts, supply chain, maintenance and support functions.
• Experience managing customer contracts and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Elk Valley operations across service, parts, supply chain, training, and support functions.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for the customer site leadership team to drive excellence and contract execution.
• Champion a safety culture and ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
• Develop leaders, build succession pipelines, and create growth opportunities for employees.
• Oversee regional financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, asset optimization and profitability targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through key operational metrics on safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Partner with labour relations to maintain positive relationships with unionized staff.
