The Role:

Working with this prestigious Brand as a Beauty Advisor is an opportunity for you to showcase your talents, from makeup application to diagnosing skincare concerns. This role is varied and will require you to:

• Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor.
• Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential.
• Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale.
• Share your passion for the Brand and all their exciting offerings.

About You:

We are seeking a Beauty Advisor to join our team who has:

• Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry; a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry would be an advantage.

This position is part time and involves working on a Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday roster.
