Base pay range

CA$20.00/hr - CA$20.00/hr

Remote - Work from Home Opportunity

Starting at CA$20.00/hr (varying based on experience)

Full-time (up to 40 hrs a week), 8-hour shifts, Permanent

We are seeking talent for full-time variable schedules, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.

Aspire Lifestyles is a global leader and pioneer in the concierge industry with nearly 30 years of experience, offering a unique opportunity to create memorable experiences for our customers daily.

As a Travel CSR, you will fulfill travel-specific requests for a high-profile client program via phone.

The successful candidate will research, plan, and execute customized travel experiences, including booking domestic and international flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations. You may need to de-escalate stressful situations and help Card Members maximize their Membership Reward points.

Our paid training program equips you with the skills to become a travel expert, teaching you how to find information, handle trip cancellations, re-bookings, exchanges, troubleshoot customer issues, and guide customers through the travel website.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• TICO certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• At least 1 year of call center experience.
• At least 1 year of travel-related experience.

Work from Home Requirements:

• A private, distraction-free home office space with a lockable door.
• High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload), wired connection required.
• Proven ability to support excellent call quality and response times.
• A smartphone with up-to-date software is mandatory.
