Assured Automotive is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, collaborating with team members to meet KPIs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary Auto Body Repair Program completion.
• Minimum 3 years Auto Body Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and accessories.
• Remove and install welded/sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use frame equipment to support repairs.
• Apply new knowledge to maintain high quality and productivity.
• Contribute to KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS).
