Job summary

Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, seeks an Auto Body Technician for its Hawkesbury shop. You will perform structural and non-structural repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, and collaborate with teammates to meet repair KPIs.

Minimum 3 years ofAuto Body Technician experience and MIG/TIG welding are required. Red Seal or 310B preferred, valid license, and own toolbox encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITDA/ BHPD/ NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.
