Position Details:
  1. In this elementary leadership position, you will work with the principal to implement initiatives that improve student achievement and foster a safe, caring school culture.
  2. You will oversee procurement, student records, and schedules, while promoting instructional excellence and supporting staff and students.
  3. A teaching assignment is part of the role.
  4. Building relationships, managing student conduct, and engaging parents/guardians are key responsibilities.
  5. Requirements include a Master's degree or working towards it, a valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate, positive employment record, and diverse experience in schools and communities.
  6. Applicants should include a cover letter describing their lived experiences related to the criteria and district's education plan, a comprehensive resume, supporting documents, and references.
