We are seeking qualified individuals for a permanent, full-time Électrotechnicien / Électrotechnicienne position.

  • Hourly base salary of $38.22
  • Minimum performance bonus of $1.50 / hour
  • Shift premiums of $0.65 / hour for evening and $0.80 / hour for night shifts

Your Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and implement necessary modifications
  • Diagnose and optimize the performance of control systems, vision-based power, and servo systems
  • Repair potential breakdowns of production equipment
  • Adhere to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

Your Profile :

  • College diploma (DEC) in industrial electronics technology, electrodynamics, or instrumentation and control
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
  • Willing to work on a rotating schedule (day-evening-night)
