The Electronics Technician performs tasks related to electrical control and instrumentation systems, including electronics, programmable controllers, telecommunications, transmitters, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. They are responsible for all electrical and electronic instrumentation equipment related to drilling operations, including circulating, rotating, hoisting, and well control systems. Additionally, they upload maintenance and repair data into the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
