Job Summary

We are seeking an Electronics Technician to join our production team. Reporting to the Production Team Lead, the successful candidate will be involved in the manufacturing, repair, and validation of electronic products in a high-tech environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and validate electronic circuit boards.
  • Identify and document product failures.
  • Report and document assembly non-conformities.
  • Perform functional tests per work instructions.
  • Participate in product assembly.
  • Support quality department technically.
  • Maintain test stations.
  • Suggest improvements to testing procedures and equipment.
  • Assist in introducing new products and tools.

Required Profile

  • College diploma (DEC) in electronics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-tech manufacturing (electronics and software).
  • Experience in electronic soldering.
  • Knowledge of Windows environment (batch files, commands, scripts).
  • Knowledge of RF and RF testing equipment (asset).
  • Basic database knowledge (asset).

Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
