Job summary

Walmart in London, Ontario is seeking a Department Specialized Associate to drive sales in a highly specialized area with premium product knowledge. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and help customers find products.

You will also complete standard floor tasks, participate in promotions and launches, and assist with training across store teams. This role starts at a minimum hourly rate of CAD 18.10.

• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning.
• Setting and completion of modular
• Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Product Launches –in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
