Job summary

Walmart Canada in Cobourg, ON is seeking a Department Specialized Associate to drive sales in a highly specialized area and provide product information to customers. You will retrieve products from locked cabinets and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will perform standard floor associate duties such as price changes, zoning, and product launches, while promoting charity events, Walmart Mastercard, protection plans, and OMNI aisle offerings.

• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning.
• Setting and completion of modular
• Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Product Launches –in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
