Job description

Position Summary... A Department Specialized Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is essential.

What you'll do...

1. Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing moments over tasks.
2. Assist customers with sales, including providing product information, answering questions, recommending products, and retrieving products from locked cabinets.
3. Complete standard associate tasks such as deep zoning, CAP/VizPick process, PinPoint process, price changes, feature to home, and zoning.
4. Set up and complete modular displays.
5. Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offerings.
6. Lead in-store product launches of high complexity and train or advise other store areas as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
