Position Summary

A Department Specialized Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium.

What you'll do

1. Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing moments over tasks.
2. Assist customers with the sale of goods, including:

• Providing product information
• Answering product questions
• Recommending products
• Retrieving products from locked cabinets

Complete standard 'floor' associate tasks such as:

• Deep zone
• CAP/Viz
• Pick Process
• PinPoint process
• Price changes
• Feature to home
• Zoning

Set and complete modular tasks.

Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offerings.

Participate in in-store high-complexity product launches and train/advice other store areas as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 16 or older
