How will you contribute?
As an integral part of the operations team in the Senate Administration’s Property and Services Directorate, the Electronic Printing and Graphic Specialist prepares a variety of visual products for print communications, including graphic design for posters, pamphlets, manuals, guides, menus, banners etc , as well as operates highly sophisticated copying equipment to copy official Senate documents sent electronically by Senate clients,.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Printing Services, the Electronic Printing and Graphic Specialist is responsible for preparing personalized stationery (letterhead, envelopes, thank you cards etc.,) to support clients’ requirements in areas of digital and print media. The incumbent is also responsible for electronic printing, bindery, storage, and engraving services. The incumbent may also be called upon to assist with various administrative tasks such as business and operational process documentation, electronic file organization and archiving, etc.
