Job Description

  1. Diagnose and resolve any equipment malfunctions.
  2. Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical faults, and ensuring machinery and equipment operates efficiently.
  3. Complete breakdown reports.
  4. Use CMMS software (Search for parts, drawings, work routines, etc.).
  5. Participate in breakdown analyses.
  6. Communicate with the maintenance team and other internal departments.
  7. Contact manufacturers' technical departments as needed.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the machine maintenance department.
  9. Update work lists and electrical plans, in cooperation with the reliability engineer.
  10. Update lockout sheets.

Additional Information

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in Electronics profile, electrodynamics or instrument control.
  • More than 6 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing machine maintenance.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrate initiative and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to adopt and maintain different physical positions according to work requirements.
