Job Summary

We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician for our St-Constant site. You will be responsible for supporting the production process by performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all machinery.

Main Responsibilities

1. Diagnosing electrical problems
2. Repairing and/or installing equipment as needed
3. Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on all machinery and equipment (HVAC, air compressor, vacuum pumps, water treatment system, boiler, autoclave, security system, etc.)
4. Performing minor plumbing and other related building tasks

Key Elements

The minimum qualifications sought for this position are as follows:

1. Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Electromechanics
2. At least 5 to 10 years of experience as an Electromechanic
3. Experience and skills in control and automation (asset)
4. Basic computer skills
5. Valid driver's license (Class 5)

Role-specific Information

- Location: St-Constant / Free parking
- Salary: Starting at $34/hr. Possibility of starting with a higher salary based on experience
- Daytime schedule: 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to noon on Friday
- Depending on business needs, you may be required to work overtime
- Must be available to be on call 24/7 every 4 weeks with premium pay and be able to be on-site within 30 minutes
- Permanent position upon hire, full-time at 37 hours per week
