Aerotek in Waterloo, ON is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to assemble, install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic components and systems. This role requires documenting inspection results, reporting anomalies, and assisting in troubleshooting equipment while maintaining tool cleanliness and calibration.

The workday runs 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, on a fully onsite contract-to-hire basis.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly, technician, testing, or inspection.
• Experience with interpreting drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Documentation experience.
• Experience in cleanroom environments.
• Experience with test equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic components and systems.
• Document inspection results and report anomalies.
• Assist technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration of inspection tools.
• Interpret drawings, training manuals, and instructions to perform duties.
• Conduct final inspection and shipping of finished products.
• Inspect, test, adjust, and evaluate incoming components and assemblies to ensure conformance with product specifications and tolerances.
