Status: Full Time - Permanent
Title: Electro-Mechanic
Schedule: 12-Hour NIGHT Shift - 7PM to 7AM (Continental schedule 3-2-2-3)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: 315 Knowlton Rd. Knowlton, QC.
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Salary range: To be discussed, depending on experience + $2.50/hour NIGHT Premium

YOUR ROLE AS AN ELECTRO-MECHANIC:
Ready to be at the heart of innovation? As our Electro-Mechanical Technician, you’ll be a key problem-solver, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Your mission? Use your expertise in mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep our production equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities

1. Blueprint Expert: Analyze technical plans, maintenance manuals, and engineering designs with precision.
2. Troubleshooting Specialist: Solve mechanical, electrical, and electro-pneumatic challenges with skill.
3. Knowledge Leader: Share solutions effectively, helping the team grow through technical expertise.
4. Production Support Pro: Provide expert mechanical support for diverse equipment, optimizing production performance.
5. Operator Coach: Train and guide operators to overcome non-mechanical challenges, fostering teamwork.
6. Preventive Maintenance Expert: Perform scheduled maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
7. Reliability Champion: Maximize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions.
8. Continuous Improvement Advocate: Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to drive ongoing progress.
