Job summary

AMI Personnel seeks an industrial electrician with 2–3 years of experience in Ontario to troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical control systems. Read drawings, blueprints and electrical code specifications to determine layouts. A valid Industrial Electrician Trade Certification is required.

This is a day shift, temporary position. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required. Expect a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience in electrical trades.
• 2–3 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• Industrial Electrician Trade Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical control systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specs to plan layouts.
