As an Electrical Team Lead in the Industrial team at Pomerleau Construction, you will report to the Industrial Construction Director. Working on large-scale projects – ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion – you will coordinate and supervise stakeholder activities and report on project progress.

What You Will Do

• Direct construction activities on-site with site supervisors.
• Support the construction supervisor in coordinating contractors' work during meetings.
• Ensure all permits and authorizations are obtained before work begins.
• Ensure internal procedures and systems are followed by all team members.
• Assist supply chain and contract managers as needed.
• Coordinate on-site engineering activities to meet project needs.
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

This role could be for you if you have

• Certification in piping (DEC) or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in piping construction management or similar in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience managing contractor relationships.
• Knowledge of piping equipment construction and main equipment in industrial projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
