Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supervising self-perform construction crews.
  • Ability to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test.

Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Managing teams of self-perform crews and any subcontractors assisting on the project.

  • Tracking and controlling project costs, schedule, materials, and personnel at the field level.

  • Ensuring the overall safety of personnel within the scope of work.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving field issues promptly.

  • Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Ability to review bid packages for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope.

  • At least 5 years of experience supervising self-perform construction crews.

  • A progressive approach to safety practices and program implementation.

  • Ability to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test.

  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
  • Proficiency in underground cable installation or cable terminations, including up to medium voltage 345kV.

  • Electrical licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.).

  • A four-year degree in a construction or engineering-related field.

$119,985.00 - $173,978.00. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's experience and qualifications, balanced against internal equity.
